My Day Before My Trip to Reno

I am going to Reno tomorrow! (Surprise, surprise.)

Today, I drove my brother and his buddies to a cappella rehearsal in Saratoga... and then I went to Mikey's :) We ate at Saratoga Bagel, which had a "people love us on Yelp" sticker on the window. Mikey decided that since I took him to the Daily Bagel Cafe, my high school's cool kid lunch spot, he should take me to Saratoga High School's equivalent. Then we watched the 49ers game :'( and played with his dog, Peanut :)

Sometime in the midst of all this fun stuff, we decided it was kind of cold, and whipped out some awesome blankets... and fell asleep within a few minutes.

So of the time we were hanging out, half was spent napping. While it would have been nice to have been conscious while hanging out with my boyfriend, it was pretty damn comfortable. Worth it!

What else did I do? Got some snowboarding stuff together. Bought chains for my daddy's Accord (just in case). Ate at Sweet Tomatoes aka Souplantation. Watched my friend's percussion gig. Packed. Whew.

Oh yea. Before I forget, my brother performed Liszt's "Un Sospiro" last night. It was amazing. I also got to hear my lil sis, Zoe, perform. Her first semester at Oberlin's Conservatory of Music has done well for her :)
